Chops in cheese

    Step 1

    Place the pork chops onto a chopping board, cover with cling film and flatten with a rolling pin or a meat mallet.

    Step 2

    Mix together grated cheddar, flour and paprika in a shallow bowl. Put the beaten eggs into another shallow bowl.

    Step 3

    Dip the pork chops in the cheese mixture first, then into the beaten eggs and then coat in the cheese mixture again.

    Step 4

    Fry on a medium heat for approx 5 mins each side until golden and cooked through. Serve with potatoes.
