Chocolate cheesecake




    Step 1

    Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter and spoon the mixture into a round cake tin (base lined with baking paper). Push down the crumbs firmly and evenly and chill for 15 mins.

    Step 2

    Put the cream cheese, fresh cream and icing sugar in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth and firm.

    Step 3

    Add the melted chocolate and whisk again until well combined.

    Step 4

    Spoon the cheese mixture on top of the chilled biscuit base, level the top and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with ice cream and drizzled with ready made chocolate sauce.
