    Step 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix quickly with a hand mixer. Pour into a rectangular baking tin lined with baking paper and sprinkle the raspberries on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25mins or until a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
