Chocolate and cream cheese cake with cherries

Directions
To make the dough, put everything in a food processor and mix together, then tip out into a large bowl and knead everything together until it forms a uniform ball of dough – put it in the fridge for an hour to rest.
To make the filling, put everything except the cherries and egg whites in a bowl and beat until smooth. Then carefully stir in the beaten egg whites.
To make the cake, coarsely grate half of the dough and sprinkle it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press it down lightly with your hands. Then pour over the filling and sprinkle with cherries (you can use other fruits as well or even just a jam). Grate the other half of the dough and sprinkle on top. Bake at 180°C for approx 30 -35 mins.
