CHICKPEA HASH 🥔 [vegan,gf]

    Step 1

    1. Add the chickpeas to a bowl and mash most of them, leave some whole and set aside.

    Step 2

    2. Heat a pan on medium with oil. Add the potatoes and onion and cook until soft and lightly browned. Add in the pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Step 3

    3. Stir in the chickpeas and the seasonings. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

    Step 4

    4. Add toppings, I chose avocado and hot sauce. Enjoy!
