An easy recipe to use up some seeds and fruits in your cupboards. Really simple to make
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
Put the butter, sugar and golden syrup into a saucepan over medium heat. Make sure to stir continuously until all the sugar has dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in your oats, dried fruits and seeds. Press the mixture into your tin using the back of a spoon.
Cook the flapjack mixture for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. While the flapjacks are still hot in the tin, mark out 16 squares with a sharp knife. After a while, take the flapjacks out of the tin and allow to cool on a wire tray.
