Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C and lightly grease an ovenproof dish.
Spread one third of the pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Cut each chicken fillet horizontally in two and arrange one layer of fillets on the sauce.
Top with another third of the sauce and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
Layer the other half of chicken fillets on top, add the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 mins, then uncover and bake for further 10 mins until golden and cooked through.
