Cheese and bacon pudding

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and lightly grease an ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    Put the flour into a bowl, add eggs and a little of the milk and whisk, slowly pouring the rest of the milk, until smooth.

    Step 3

    Stir in the bacon, mustard and two thirds of the cheese.

    Step 4

    Pour the mixture into the baking dish, arrange the sliced tomato on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    Step 5

    Bake for 35-45 mins until crispy and golden and serve with green salad.
