    Step 1

    Combine water, cornflour, soy sauces, oyster sauces, sesame oil, ground ginger, pepper and water together. Fry beef in oil until no longer pink and remove. Fry onions, cashews, garlic, broccoli. Add in cornflour mix and bring to boil and then add back in beef and heat. To serve: Cook your preferred carb (noodles/rice) as directed on the label. Garnish with scallions, chilli and cashews!
