Breakfast pancakes

    Step 1

    Put flour, baking powder, maple syrup and egg into a bowl and slowly pour in the milk while beating with an electric mixer. When the batter is smooth, add the banana and beat for another few seconds.

    Step 2

    Add a little drizzle to a non-stick frying pan and wipe around with a kitchen towel. Heat the pan and add 2-3 ladles of batter to make 2-3 pancakes at a time. When they start bubbling, turn them over and cook until both sides are golden brown.

    Step 3

    Serve with jam or maple syrup and fruits of your choice.
