Breakfast Granola Cups [vegan, gluten free]

This recipe makes 3 cups (which is 1 serving) but you can adjust the recipe as needed to make more.





    Step 1

    In a bowl mix together oats, nut butter, syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon. I found a fork works best.

    Step 2

    Evenly scoop in 3 muffin molds and press firmly to form a cup shape. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Step 3

    Carefully remove the cups from the molds and add your fillings of choice. I’m using blueberries, plums, cacao nibs, and goji berries. Enjoy!
