Breaded turkey fillets in yoghurt marinade

    Step 1

    For the marinade mix together yogurt, curry powder, oil and garlic.

    Step 2

    Season the turkey fillets with salt, put in a bowl and pour marinade over them. Stir well and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

    Step 3

    Put each piece in a bowl of breadcrumbs, pressing them down on both sides to coat well, then fry in some oil on a pan or bake in the oven until golden.
