    Directions

    Step 1

    Heat your oven to 160C (Fan)

    Step 2

    Place all wet ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined

    Step 3

    Sift in flour and baking power and mix well

    Step 4

    Mix in chocolate chunks

    Step 5

    Pour into a greased baking tray

    Step 6

    Bake for 30 minutes

    Step 7

    Remove from oven and leave stand for about an hour to fully harden
