A hearty fake away full of protein that is not to be missed ✨ my recipe includes a lot of spice but it can also be made mild if preferred.

I have it as a large filling lunch but it can also be had as an evening meal.

    Step 1

    Chop your onion and pepper

    Step 2

    Season mince

    Step 3

    Fry the mince and vegetables together at a high heat for 5 minutes

    Step 4

    Mix the yogurt and self raising flour together until it forms a ball, place it in the fridge for 5 minutes to rest and then proceed to roll them out to your desired thickness.

    Step 5

    Preheat the grill pan and fry the breads until golden.

    Step 6

    Cut open the breads (be careful of the steam) and place the hot ingredients inside.

    Step 7

    Serve and enjoy with dips of your choice.
