    Step 1

    Lightly grease two shallow ovenproof dishes and put a slice of ham on the bottom.

    Step 2

    Drizzle a little bit of ketchup on the ham and break 2 eggs in each dish; season with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    Put under a hot grill for about 8-10 mins until the eggs are nearly set.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for further 5-8 mins until golden. Serve with toast or crusty rolls.
