Artichoke and tuna pasta

500g/1 lb 2oz pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

2 large cloves garlic, finely sliced

2 large tins of tuna, drained

2 tbsp sugar

14 black olives, chopped

1 jar of artichokes, drained and roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add garlic and gently cook for a minute.

Step 3

Add tuna, tomatoes, sugar, olives and artichokes, season with salt and simmer for 5 mins.

Step 4

Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve.
