ALMOND BUTTER & JELLY CUPS [vegan, gluten free]

Use your favorite nut butter and jelly to make it your own. These are also great to keep in the freezer for a quick bite!



    Step 1

    1. Combine all the ingredients for the granola cups in a bowl and mix until fully combined. 2. Grease a muffin tray and fill the molds with 2 tbsp of the granola mixture. Firmly press the mixture into the molds and make a dent in the middle of each cup. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    3. Add 1 tsp of nut butter then 1 tsp of jam into the center of each cup. Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate.

    Step 3

    4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Once melted, pour the chocolate on the top of each granola cup. Place into the freezer to firm up.
