Simple but delicious vegan & gluten free pancakes topped with fruit compote!



Fruit Compote (optional)


    Step 1

    Fruit compote: 1. Place fruit, maple syrup, and water into a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil then turn the heat to low and simmer until fruit is soft. Stir in cinnamon then set aside.

    Step 2

    Pancakes: 1. In a bowl whisk together oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix in the milk until a smooth batter forms. 2. Heat a pan on medium with a little oil. Scoop pancakes and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes. 3. Serve with the fruit compote and yogurt. 4. Enjoy!
